| Weighing of patients in
wheelchairs using the SWS 300 is possible without the need of moving the patient out of
his wheelchair. Simply set the wheelchair's weight on the scale's readout and move the
patient sitting in the wheelchair on the platform - due to the minimal ramp height of just
30mm this is very easy - The display will directly show the patient's current weight without the need of manual calculation. |
The comfortable integrated folding seat gives frail persons the chance of sitting down during the measurement. This does not only mean more convenience but also faster results because the stable detection time is not extended by a patient unsteady on his legs. The mounting of the seat requires the patient to be placed fully on the platform, for this reason weighing errors caused by wrong usage are almost impossible. | Patients who are physically
steady on their legs can use the scale like any other weighing device by simply stepping
on the platform. The stable and ergonomic designed handrail provides an appreciated aid for standing stable. |

| Universality is not only a feature of the scale's mechanic. Also the readout offers various possibilities of presenting the weighing results. The weight is directly shown on the integrated display. The optionally connected printer puts the stable weight immediately on paper. Of course the scale is equipped with a computer interface and thereby fully integrated into data management systems like FINESSE®. |
